Chapter 229 : Trials

Hey peopur. I know I haven't been blogging lately and this is somehow only my second post this year LOL. I'm sorry. Been busy with life and you know lah. So what actually happened these few months...
- Scout activities + Preparations for King Scout test/pentarafan
- King Scout Test
- Midterm exams
- Piano Grade 7 exam
It had been really challenging for me as I couldnt really cope and balance everything together. Freaking tough because I aint a robot. But I'm glad I got through all those already. And as Taylor Swift would say in her song, "What's past is past." So I dont see the need to bawl and cry over the past. Why dont we look forward to the future? Anyways, SPM Trials is like in 72 days and counting. Tough luck I might say, cos I am obviously not prepared at all. To be honest, I would have to work a hundred times harder than my classmates because I didnt prepare for my first monthly test and midterms. I got bad results due to my wastage of time for the preparation of Pentarafan. But now it's all about focusing on SPM. I gotta work hard for my future.

And I know. I shouldnt be here at all. But I just wanted to keep this dead place updated haha.

Chapter 290: Being a CAT-ACCA student

Hello. I just wanna get this off my chest for a bit. DISCLAIMER: This is merely my own understanding of the whole programme. Please don't flame me for wrong information lol. WHAT ARE CAT AND ACCA? CAT stands for Certified Accounting Technician. Yeah, people laugh at the term "technician" but in layman terms it is just another name for Foundation in Accountancy. No idea why they used CAT though; probably because they don't want people to mess it up with Foundation in Arts? Anyways, one thing I dislike is when people ask me what I'm currently doing. When I say CAT, EVERYONE doesn't get it. So I just say "Oh I'm doing accounting." which sounds pretty weak but then it's easier than explaining the whole shit a gazillion times to different people and yet they STILL don't get it. :( ACCA stands for Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Hello! Didn't notice that I stopped posting for 2 months lol. It's okay I am back now! Didn't really have the time to blog properly but I've been blogging rather diligently on Dayre haha. Hey hey. Recently I've been watching lots of movies (too free ma lol). So this particular korean movie - Miracle in Cell No. 7 was just amazing. I decided to write a review for it. An amateur one so don't expect too much because I've never done this before lol. Or you can just skip it. Either way will do. Miracle in Cell No. 7 is a heartwarming story that reveals the tight bond between a mentally disabled father and a smart daughter. Yong Gu is wrongly accused of abducting, raping and murdering a young girl. He is put into a cell along with criminals of the highest offence. Through this story, we get to learn the hardship of a father, the unconditional love of a daughter and true friendship. We could see how Yong Gu, although being mentally disabled, could provide her daughter Yesung with utmost love and care in every way. He dotes on Yesung and protects her when he knows that she is in danger. He puts Yesung’s life ahead of his without hesitation and wants the bes...
